We will cover the standard rendering techniques, materials and also go through some tricks that can help you create the best renders possible.

FAQs

  • Of course! If you are looking to learn how to render as part of a full day of training, take a look at our Pick & Mix Training Day!

During this full day of training we can focus as much or little on rendering as you like whilst also covering other topics, either within Fusion or otherwise!

  • No prior experience is required. This training course will take you through all the required steps, regardless of your level.

That being said, some knowledge of the design workspace in Fusion may make it easier to create some of the cool renders we are all looking to make!

  • This training will take you through all of the steps required to model a complex part in Fusion 360.

    1. Get familiar with the interface: Start by opening Fusion and exploring the interface. Familiarize yourself with the different workspaces, menus, and icons.

    2. Learn basic sketching: Sketching is the foundation of 3D modelling. We will go through how to create sketches using lines, arcs, circles, and rectangles. We will also cover sketching constraints.

    3. Practice creating 3D models: Once you are comfortable sketching, we will practice creating 3D models using basic tools such as Extrude, Revolve, and Loft.

    4. Understand assemblies: Assemblies allow you to combine multiple parts into a single design. We will learn how to create assemblies, insert components, and add constraints.

    5. Advanced Modelling: We will cover some more advanced modelling tools such as Mirror, Pattern & Combine

    6. We will explore Rendering, Simulations, Generative Design, Technical Drawings and Manufacture. Whilst we cannot cover all of these topics in one day, our instructor will give you a demonstration of each. You can always book a day of training specifically for those aspects of Fusion.

  • We understand that learning something new is not a one-and-done affair. One day of training can give you the basic information, but often the questions and understanding come from putting the training into practice.

That is why all full-day training courses come with our 6-month Support Guarantee.

This service is part of your training package and means that we will provide unlimited support for the six months after your training to answer questions and help ensure that your training can be put to good use.
